My new favorite salad place is Mixt Greens, located just south of Dupont Circle at 19th and M Streets. Cucumber water is the first thing that greets you when you enter. Grab a compostable cup, fill it up, and get in the zen line.
Mixt Greens offers a mix of signature sandwiches and salads or you can make your own combination. Salads that make me happy to eat my veggies include the Siam and the Cowboy.
They also sell popchips. (Never baked. Never fried).
